Loïc Pfister is a Swiss-qualified lawyer and Partner at LPPV Avocats, Lausanne, where he has practiced since October 2014. He specializes in foundation law, corporate law, and philanthropy governance, advising clients on complex legal and governance matters for foundations and associations.

Loïc holds a PhD in Law and is the author of A Practical Guide to Foundations, a leading reference on Swiss foundation law. He has been an Academic Fellow at the University of Geneva’s Centre for Philanthropy since 2020, contributing to research and teaching on foundation law.

Recognized nationally for his expertise in foundation and association law, Loïc serves on the Legal Council of SwissFoundations and as Board Secretary for Mercy Ships Switzerland, supporting international medical and humanitarian initiatives.
